As a disabled Army vet, Reese has seen and experienced the positive impact that cannabis can have on people suffering from pain, anxiety, PTSD, and other ailments. He’s dedicated to cultivating organic cannabis that is both community-beneficial and environmentally friendly.

A believer in the importance of living a healthy life, Cara strongly advocates for alternative and natural solutions, shying away from corporate pharma and big businesses. A servant believer in opportunity, especially within the underserved and LGBTQ+ communities; Cara is the heart behind the brand. Cara uses her 15+ years of managerial experience to head up operations, sales, and community outreach for LoveGrow.

For the past 25 years, Bryon has been building businesses and brands through marketing, media, digital and social. His experience with liquor, tobacco and other national brands, as well as several micro-breweries, is being put to use developing the LoveGrow brandw, strategy, and growth.

The Team
Justin is a 20+ year veteran in cannabis cultivation specializing in vertical environments, facility design and efficiency in commercial production. Most recently from Deschutes Growery in Bend, Oregon he focuses on cultivating top shelf, craft, organic, and soil grown cannabis.
